Q: How Do I Start A Return?

If you wish to return an item, you must email Returns@plowparts.com to receive your RMA Number. We will not accept any returns without a RMA number. 

*Please note, all isolation modules, spreader control modules and plow/spreader controllers are non-returnable*

Q:  Is there a cost on returns?

If an item needs to be returned the shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

All stock items are subject to a 20% restocking fee or a minimum $35.00 which ever is greater. ALL Electrical items and Special Order items are non-returnable. All returns must be approved by GotPlowParts.com. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned at customer's expense. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
